Hi, I'm Kate.

I'm a mom, a wife, and I've spent over 20 years navigating Crohn's disease as a family. My son was diagnosed young and is now in remission. My husband has had three surgeries and has been in remission for over 20 years.

I'm not a doctor, and I'll never pretend to be. What I am is someone who has lived this — the hospital stays, the meal planning, the emotional weight of it all — and come out the other side with a framework that actually helps.

Absolutely not. The Crohn's Method is designed to work alongside your medical team. We focus on the lifestyle pillars — nutrition, movement, stress management, and community — that complement your existing care plan.

I'm in a flare right now. Can I still join?

Yes. Many of our members joined during a flare. The community is a safe space wherever you are in your journey, and our resources include flare-specific guidance for nutrition and gentle movement.

What if I'm newly diagnosed?

You're in the right place. Being newly diagnosed can feel overwhelming, and having a supportive community plus a clear framework makes a real difference. We'll meet you exactly where you are.

Can I cancel anytime?

The Community membership is month-to-month — cancel anytime with no questions asked. Group Coaching runs in quarterly cohorts. 1:1 Coaching is a quarterly commitment with flexible scheduling.

How much time does this take each week?

As much or as little as you want. Community members typically spend 15–30 minutes a few times a week. Group Coaching adds one 60-minute live call per week. 1:1 Coaching includes a weekly private session plus async support.
