A warm, real community of people who actually understand what living with Crohn's is like — plus a clear, step-by-step approach to help you feel more like yourself again.
A quick introduction to The Crohn's Method.
You're not dramatic. You're not making it up. And you're definitely not the only one.
I spend more time Googling symptoms at 2am than actually sleeping.
Nobody in my life really gets what a flare day feels like — even the people who love me.
I know I should be eating differently, but I'm too exhausted to figure out what.
I feel like I'm managing this completely alone, and it's wearing me down.
I want to do more than just survive between appointments — I want to actually feel good.
I've tried so many things and I'm not sure what's actually helping anymore.
I'm a mom, a wife, and I've spent over 20 years navigating Crohn's disease as a family. My son was diagnosed young and is now in remission. My husband has had three surgeries and has been in remission for over 20 years.
I'm not a doctor, and I'll never pretend to be. What I am is someone who has lived this — the hospital stays, the meal planning, the emotional weight of it all — and come out the other side with a framework that actually helps.
The Method
Four clear steps. No guesswork. Each one builds on the last, so you always know what to do next — and it all works alongside your medical care.
Start with simple daily tracking that reveals what's actually going on. Symptoms, food, energy, mood — patterns emerge fast.
Using your tracking data, build a personal food approach that works for your body. No generic "Crohn's diets" — just what works for you.
Gentle, Crohn's-friendly movement that meets you where you are. Flare-day options included. Build strength without overdoing it.
Join a community of people who truly understand. Weekly check-ins, buddy matching, and group support that makes all the difference.
Real stories from people just like you.
"I cried the first week I joined — not because I was sad, but because for the first time someone actually understood. The tracking tools helped me finally have a productive conversation with my GI doc instead of just saying 'I feel bad.'"
"The group coaching changed how I approach food completely. Not a diet — just a calm, practical way to figure out what works for my body. Kate makes you feel like you're talking to a friend, not sitting in a lecture."
"My daughter was diagnosed at 14 and I was a mess. Kate's 1:1 coaching gave me a roadmap — not just for my daughter's nutrition, but for how to support her emotionally. We're in such a better place now."
